Question: Can I upgrade at any
time and how does it work?
Answer: Yes, you can upgrade any
time and it will cost you absolutely NOTHING! Just e-mail with
the new plan and we will upgrade you within 24 hours!
Question: Can the home packages be used
for business?
Answer: Well... There is nothing to stop
you to do that. But we specificaly tailored the Business packages
for that type of hosting. The price diference is not that big and
you will get much more services than with the home plan. The home
plans do have the same reliability etc as the business plans, just
they don't offer the freedom and expansion what business needs.
We strongly reccomend to go with one of the Business packages -
or e-mail with your
requirments and we can tailor a solution for you.
Question: Do you advertisements on my
web site?
Answer: Yes, you can. But we will never
put any advertisement on your page! It is completely your choice!
Question: Do you allow porn sites on your
hosting?
Answer: NO, this is a solution for serious
small businesses, which would feel intimidated knowing that they
services may be anyhow connecte with pornography. Only legal businesses
are allowed (sorry, no drug trafficking either).
Question: What operating systems do the
servers run?
Answer: Our servers use redhat Linux Enterprise
Version 3.
Question: Can I have telnet or shell access?
Answer: No - for security reasons. Businesses
don't need those facilities. Those are mostly used for gaming websites
etc, which we don't allow.
Question: Can I password protect directories?
Answer: Yes you can - the best option is
to e-mail with the name of directory you want to protect and
we will do it for you. Alternatively you can use your Control panel.
Question: Where do I go to check my emails
using my browser?
Answer: http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/
Question: How do I create email accounts?
Answer: To create an email account just
e-mail with the required e-mail address and we will set it up
for you. Alternatively you can do it yourself in your Control Panel.
Question: My email does not work. What's
wrong?
Answer: Please e-mail with the error
message and we will fix it for you!
Question: What settings do I put for mail
servers in Outlook Express?
Answer: For both incoming and outgoing
mail server put mail.yourdomain.com
